1. A valid email address(s)

2. An active Payoneer US virtual Bank Account
3. USA Citizen Profile
4. Any VPN with a steady US IP address is needed

 Let us start, I am assuming you already have a Payoneer account else visit Payoneer.com and create your Payoneer account. You will be given a US Payment Service Information such as Bank Name, Routing Number, Account Number and Account Type. You will see these when you hover your mouse over the “Receive Payments” menu option and then clicking on the “My US Payment Service Profile” on your Payoneer account. This information is what you will use to verify your US Paypal account.

 Go to fakenamegenerator.com and Sign in using your Google account. Click on the gender and select your gender (Male or Female), leave Name set to ‘American’ and Country to United States and click on the ‘Generate’ button to generate a US citizen profile.
When the US citizen profile has been generated, click on ‘Save this name’ to save the profile with your Google account so you can provide same profile if Paypal request for it in the future. 
Always ensure to use a US IP address while accessing your US Paypal account. You can use cyber-ghost to get US IP address. If you need it contact me, I’m ready to render any help.   

 Write down the Address, Zip Code, Phone Number and SSN from the generated profile. Although the name won’t be needed since you will be opening the account on your own name. Then make sure your VPN is up and running, I use premium Your-freedom VPN. Ensure you use only USA server address. So I always use ems01.your-freedom.de on the VPN because that is their US server address. You can use ip2location.com to confirm your IP location.

 Then visit Paypal.com and click on the Sign up link. Choose your Country or Region as United States and select ‘Paypal for you’ and click on the ‘Get Started’ button. Then fill the rest of the form and ensure to use the same names you used on your Payoneer account on Paypal as well. Use the address, Phone Number and Zip Code you got from the generated profile. In completion a verification link will be emailed to you.

Click on the ‘Activate’ button on the email sent to you to begin the activation of your Paypal account. You will be asked how you will prefer to verify your Paypal account either via Credit Card or Bank Account. Since you already have a US Bank Account via Payoneer, choose the Bank Account option and add your Payoneer US Bank Account details such as Bank Name, Routing Number, Account Number, etc.

Paypal will then verify your US Bank Account by depositing two little amounts less than a dollar each to your Payoneer account. You will be required to correctly enter the exact amount Paypal deposited on your Payoneer on your Paypal account to finally verify and activate your Paypal account. It takes 2-3 days to verify Paypal account. Once the US Bank Account has been verified your Paypal will be activated and you can start using it to receive and make payments online.

Payoneer is a company that has been a blessing to Nigerians and the world at large as far as receiving and making payments online is concerned.

Recently, I learnt that Payoneer supports direct withdrawal of Payoneer funds to local bank account. So if you work and get paid online through Payoneer, and finding it difficult to withdraw via PayPal or through Payoneer MasterCard at ATM machines, follow this step by step guide to learn how to withdraw your money straight to your local bank account.

It is a service payoneer calls "withdraw to bank" that enables all Payoneer account holders from selected countries to withdraw funds from their Payoneer Account directly to their personal bank account. So for you to use this service, you will be required to provide a bank account in your name or an account that is owned by you.

However, if you own the account but it is not in your name, you may be requested to provide a supporting account ownership documentation.

You have known how to get your card via P.O.Box right? Ok! Now I will be taking you through how to get your Payoneer card delivered at your doorstep here in Nigeria using DHL. This takes approximately 2 to 4 days (expedite shipping). But then, that's if the witches in your village have sworn that your card won't be delivered for free or that you need the card urgently and can't wait for a month, which happen to be the duration of Payoneer free shipping option.

As proof that the free option also works, below are photos of two cards I received from Payoneer today Monday. So before we proceed, it might interest you to know that getting your card delivered via expedite shipping (via DHL or FedEx) cost a whooping amount of $50 which is approx N19,000 as we speak due to dollar rise. 2. Contact Payoneer customer care via live chat (note you can only chat them from 9am to 8:30pm Nigerian time Mondays to Friday). Or you can as well send them a mail using customersupport@payoneer.com

3. When you are with them, inform them of your intention to order your card via expedite shipping they will request for your account details in other to verify if you are the account owner. After which they will request for the following information;
• Street Address (limit to 60 characters):
• City/State:
• Country:
• Zip Code:
• Phone number:

4. After that, they will tell you if your card was the one applied for. Then in about an hour, you should get a mail from DHL that mimics the below;
"Hello, Ajibade Payoneer has sent you a shipment via DHL Express. Details and a link to track the shipment are below. If you have any questions contact Payoneer Customer Service at: http://www.payoneer.com/contactUS.aspx Thank you.”
You will be given a tracking code to track your card's location at every point in time. Once shipped, your card will arrive within 2 to 4 working days.

Once your Payoneer MasterCard has been delivered to you, you are left with one more step, which is to activate the card for immediate use. What To Do To Get Your Card Delivered?

1. Sadly, the parcel containing your Payoneer card on free shipping is not registered, thereby making it impossible to track. So be patient and wait a little longer as at times, it takes 6 weeks and above (up to 2 months). However, if after waiting, you still don't get it;

2. Go to the post office nearest to the address you provided as alternative shipping address on Payoneer and inquire.

3. Payoneer gives 3 free card slots. So in case your card didn't get delivered, just login to your account and order for another card. However if you still don't get it, go to the next option.

4. You have to do it right. Contact Payoneer customer service by mail or reach them faster via live chat (they are very friendly and good at their job). Tell them about your card and that you want to request for another one. But this time you need to use P.O Box method of delivery instead of the normal home address/postal code method.

5. Keep your documents closer. You'll be asked for things like your National ID number, phone number attached to your Payoneer account, or your Drivers License number (if those where the documents you used when you first applied). Get the point? If you used your International passport as identification document, keep it closer...TIP: You don't have to own a P.O Box. I used my uncle's P.O Box to receive my package. 

Find someone to give you their P.O Box number, the city where it is located, and the country. Those are the three things they are most likely going to ask you to provide. Use your personal details (name, etc) as the recipient of the package. And remember, the P.O Box method is better because, you may have the components of the home address method correctly, but end up arranging them wrongly (wrong address format) and never getting your card delivered to you.

6. Lastly, if all free options has been exhausted, you have no choice but to go for Expedite Shipping through DHL. This will cost a total of $50 which must be available in your account. And will take approx 2 to 4 days to arrive your doorstep where you will then receive a call from DHL to collect it (you might need a form of identification before they hand over the parcel to you).

Note: There are plenty of ways to load your payoneer account in other to have sufficient balance for the expedite shipping. 2. Bad/wrong address format during registration same as wrong zip/postal code. Get correct postal codes here.

3. Its most likely that your card arrived but you couldn't be reached. Probably because you wasn't at home and there was nobody to hand the card over to keep for you, because on free shipping, your mobile number is not disclosed. So don't expect the post man to call your line.


4. Your card might still be on the way. It might have been delayed for one or two reasons.

I discovered that many people have been making tireless effort and become frustrated on getting their Payoneer cards delivered here in Nigeria by surface mail. However, some have received their own cards by surface mail but their numbers are insignificant. There is a

simple way of getting it without paying a dime for shipping unless you don't implement it properly. "There are many ways of killing fowl without shedding the blood." I've got my Payoneer card some months ago here in Nigeria by surface mail. When I want to apply for

my own, I used P.O. Box aside of my home address and zip code of my state.


You should visit Payoneer.com here and sign up for an account with your email address, home address, state zip code, any one of your National I.D. Card or Drivers License or International Passport or Permanent Voter's Card number, and include P.O. Box if any. I would rather advise you to use an active P.O. Box or P.M.B. so that you will receive email as soon as they shipped your card as well as when it's delivered to the P.O. Box associated with your account.

The next thing to do is to check it in the P.O. Box or P.M.B. you used at the stipulated day. That is just the faster way of getting it in Nigeria. 
Other necessary things has to be filled properly. So you will receive your card within ten working days. It will be accepted by any ATM that is using MasterCard whenever you want to withdraw your money in Naira here in Nigeria. However, some may tell you that Payoneer will use P.O Box as the Card Billing Address. No! since you add your home address and your zip code. P.O. Box can only be used as a faster means of delivering your card at your door-step. 

Behold, if you don't add you DIRECT home address, payoneer will surely ask for it. So that your home address will be your Card Billing Address. Even, if you put only P.O. Box, Payoneer will ask you to put billing address, so P.O. Box isn't use as billing address at all.
If you apply for Payoneer Card and request Expedite Shipping.. They will send your Card through DHL via Flight and you get it in 2 to 4 days but this will cost you about $50.
